Abstract
A modified polyurethane foaming construction method is suitable for large-scale construction environments such as civil engineering and construction, including filling of soil erosion beneath roads. This method includes the following steps: First, a first material (polyol) and a second material (isocyanate) are transported in a 1:1 ratio to the material mixing zone of a static mixer via a first pump and a second pump, respectively, for a preliminary mixing of 0.2 seconds to form mixture A. Next, air at a pressure between 4 and 10 kg / cm² is introduced into the air mixing zone of the static mixer through an air compressor and a first gas guide pipe, and mixed with mixture A for 0.1 seconds. The mixture undergoes a second mixing process, producing a mixture B with a density between 300 and 500 kg / m³. Mixture B is then output to the pressure release zone of the static mixer, where it is again mixed a third time using air at a pressure between 6 and 8 kg / cm² via an air compressor and a second gas guide pipe, resulting in a mixture C with a density between 65 and 200 kg / m³. Finally, mixture C is injected into the target area for foaming construction. This three-stage mixing process effectively controls the foaming process, allowing mixture C to foam more stably and rapidly, achieving the best filling effect.
