Abstract

[Problem] To provide a door / window that prevents water from seeping into the interior due to rainwater falling into the gap between the lower frame and the window sash. [Solution] The door / window comprises: a lower frame 5, having an outer window sash track 55 disposed on the exterior side and an inner window sash track 54 disposed on the interior side; an outer window sash 4 that moves along the outer window sash track 55; and an inner window sash 3 that moves along the inner window sash track 54. The outer window sash 4 has: a lower protrusion 442b, which faces the exterior side of the outer window sash track 55 at a distance; and an airtight material 448, which is installed on the lower protrusion 442b and protrudes into the interior side and contacts or approaches the outer window sash track 55.
