Abstract

The present invention relates to a centrifugal pump having an impeller (20) having a drive portion (22) axially projecting into a drive housing (12), the drive portion being supported on a bearing mandrel (38) fixed to the housing by means of a bearing element (40; 48), the centrifugal pump being characterized in that the bearing element (40) has at least one radially extending collar (42) for absorbing axial forces acting on the impeller, the collar being fixed to the bearing mandrel (38) by means of a fastening element (44), and the centrifugal pump being characterized in that the impeller (20) has a central opening (46) through which the fastening element (44) can be accessed. A centrifugal pump with an impeller (20), which has a drive part (22) protruding axially into a drive housing (12), the drive part being supported on a housing-fixed bearing mandrel (38) by means of a bearing element (40; 48), characterized in that the bearing element (40) has at least one radially projecting collar (42) for absorbing axial forces acting on the impeller, which collar can be fixed on the bearing mandrel (38) by means of a fastening element (44), and that the impeller (20) has a central opening (46) through which the fastening element (44) is accessible.
