Abstract

An anti-loosening mechanism for a pipe and a pipe fitting at least partially removably inserted into the pipe is provided, and includes an outer case, an operating component and a clamping component. The outer case is configured to be removably mounted on the pipe fitting. The operating component is rotatable. The clamping component is at least partially movably sleeved inside the operating component and includes a plurality of clamping portions. When the operating component rotates relative to the outer case around a rotating axis, the operating component drives each clamping portion to move relative to the outer case along an engaging direction by a cooperation of a driving structure of the operating component and a cooperating structure of each clamping portion, such that the pipe is clamped by and between each clamping portion and the pipe fitting. Besides, a related pipe assembly and a related cabinet system are also provided.

Claims

1. An anti-loosening mechanism for a pipe fitting and a pipe fitting connector at least partially removably inserted into the pipe fitting, comprising: a housing for removably mounting to the pipe fitting connector; an operating member rotatably disposed relative to the housing about a rotation axis, the operating member including a drive structure; and a clamping member at least partially movably sleeved within the operating member, the clamping member including a plurality of clamping portions, each clamping portion including a mating structure, wherein when the operating member rotates relative to the housing about the rotation axis, the operating member drives each clamping portion relative to the housing along a corresponding clamping direction by the engagement of the drive structure and the mating structure, so that the pipe fitting is clamped between each clamping portion and the pipe fitting connector; wherein the clamping direction is inclined to an axial direction and a radial direction of the pipe fitting connector, and an axial direction of the rotation axis is parallel to the axial direction of the pipe fitting connector.

2. The anti-loosening mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the driving structure is a tapered internal thread structure and the mating structure is a tapered external thread structure.

3. The anti-loosening mechanism as described in claim 1 further includes a plurality of buffer members, each of which is disposed on each of the clamping portions and is used to abut against the tube.

4. The anti-loosening mechanism as described in claim 1, further comprising a guide for guiding the plurality of clamping parts to prevent the plurality of clamping parts from moving circumferentially along one of the pipe fitting joints.

5. The anti-loosening mechanism as described in claim 4, wherein the guide is formed with a plurality of guide notches that allow the plurality of clamping portions to partially pass through.

6. The anti-loosening mechanism as described in claim 4 further includes an auxiliary component disposed between the operating component and the guide component to prevent the operating component and the guide component from rubbing against each other.

7. The anti-loosening mechanism as described in claim 4, further comprising a positioning bracket for positioning the operating member and the guide member on the housing.

8. The anti-loosening mechanism as described in claim 7, wherein the positioning bracket includes a side wall, a first wall and a second wall, the side wall being connected between the first wall and the second wall and perpendicular to the first wall and the second wall, and the side wall, the first wall and the second wall of the positioning bracket together forming a positioning space for positioning the operating member and the guide member.

9. The anti-loosening mechanism as described in claim 8, wherein the sidewall is formed with at least one first positioning structure, the housing is formed with at least one second positioning structure, and the positioning bracket is positioned on the housing by the cooperation of the at least one first positioning structure and the at least one second positioning structure.

10. The anti-loosening mechanism as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a mounting member including a first engagement structure for separably engaging with the housing and a second engagement structure for separably engaging with the fitting joint.

11. The anti-loosening mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the clamping portions further includes an abutment structure, and the housing includes a mating structure, the abutment structure being used to abut against the mating structure so that each of the clamping portions cannot move relative to the housing in the clamping direction.

12. The anti-loosening mechanism as claimed in claim 11, wherein the abutment structure of each clamping part is disposed on the outside of one of the mating structures, the mating structure is used to abut against the abutment structure in a radial direction along one of the pipe fittings, and as each clamping part moves relative to the outer casing in the clamping direction, the distance between the abutment structure and the mating structure in a radial direction along one of the pipe fittings gradually decreases.

13. The anti-loosening mechanism as described in claim 11, wherein each of the clamping portions further includes a clamping structure, the abutment structure of each clamping portion and the clamping structure are located on the inner edge of one of the clamping portions, and the clamping structure protrudes inward beyond the abutment structure.

14. The anti-loosening mechanism as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a locking member movably disposed relative to the housing member between an actuated position and a non-actuated position, the locking member comprising a pawl structure, the actuating member comprising a ratchet structure, wherein when the locking member is in the actuated position, the locking member allows the actuating member to rotate in a first rotational direction and restricts the actuating member to rotate in a second rotational direction opposite to the first rotational direction by means of the engagement of the pawl structure and the ratchet structure.

15. The anti-loosening mechanism as claimed in claim 14, wherein the engaging member further includes a sliding pin, the housing is formed with a groove, the sliding pin is inserted into the groove and is movable along one axis of the groove to approach or move away from the actuating position.

16. The anti-loosening mechanism as claimed in claim 15, wherein the housing further forms a positioning groove that communicates with the slide groove, the positioning groove and the slide groove being staggered, the axis of the slide groove being parallel to one of the axes of the rotation shaft, and when the sliding pin moves from the slide groove into the positioning groove, the engaging member is in the non-operating position and the pawl structure of the engaging member is separated from the ratchet structure of the operating member, so as to allow the operating member to rotate in the second rotation direction.

17. The anti-loosening mechanism as described in claim 14, further comprising an elastic member abutting against the engaging member to move the engaging member toward the actuating position.

18. The anti-loosening mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing is formed with a plurality of guide grooves that allow the plurality of clamping portions to partially pass through.
