Abstract

A camera, comprising: a lens and an image sensor, the lens having N ≥ 6 lens elements (Li) and an effective focal length (EFL), wherein a first lens element (L1) faces an object side; and an optical path folding element (OPFE) for folding a first optical path receiving light from an object to a second optical path perpendicular to the image sensor, wherein the EFL is in a range of 10mm – 30mm, wherein the camera is operational to focus to object-lens distances from infinity to a minimal object distance (MIOD), wherein 3.33 ≤ MIOD / EFL ＜ 20, and wherein the camera has a f number (f / #) ≤3.
