Abstract
The present disclosure provides a color filter including a substrate and a color filter layer. The substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The color filter layer is formed on the first surface of the substrate and includes a plurality of photoresist blocks, wherein each photoresist block has a plurality of light diffusion structures on a surface facing away from the substrate. A reflective display including the color filter is also provided.
