Abstract
Claims
1. A backlight module, comprising: a backplate having a plurality of first perforations; a lamp plate including a second plate and a plurality of light sources disposed on the second plate, the second plate having a plurality of second perforations aligned with the first perforations; and a cavity reflector disposed on one side of the lamp plate away from the backplate, the cavity reflector comprising: a first plate, the second plate being sandwiched between the first plate and the backplate, the first plate having a plurality of third perforations, the light sources being respectively located in the third perforations; and a plurality of fasteners distributed on the first plate, each of the fasteners comprising: a head abutting against the backplate on the side away from the first plate; and a post connecting the first plate and the head, and passing through a corresponding one of the first perforations and a corresponding one of the second perforations.
2. The backlight module as described in claim 1, wherein the locking device is a malleable locking device.
3. The backlight module as described in claim 2, wherein the malleable locking element is a hot melt adhesive post.
4. The backlight module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first plate comprises: a plurality of walls extending in an extension direction, wherein adjacent walls in an arrangement direction define one of the third through-holes therein. The extending direction is perpendicular to the arrangement direction, and each of the wall portions includes: a bottom surface abutting the second plate; a top surface away from the second plate and parallel to the bottom surface; at least one vertical surface vertically connected to the bottom surface; at least one first inclined surface connected to the vertical surface and inclined at a first angle relative to the bottom surface, the first angle ranging from 60 degrees to 70 degrees; at least one horizontal surface connected to the first inclined surface and parallel to the bottom surface; and at least one second inclined surface connected between the horizontal surface and the top surface and inclined at a second angle relative to the bottom surface, the second angle ranging from 75 degrees to 85 degrees; and a plurality of connecting portions, each of which connects between adjacent wall portions along the extending direction and between adjacent wall portions along the arrangement direction.
5. An automotive display comprising: a display panel; and a backlight module as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, disposed under the display panel to provide a backlight source for the display panel.
6. A method for manufacturing a backlight module, comprising at least the following steps: providing a cavity reflector, a lamp plate, and a back plate; forming a through hole in the lamp plate and the back plate; passing a hot melt adhesive column through the through hole and connecting it to the cavity reflector, such that the lamp plate is at least partially sandwiched between the cavity reflector and the back plate, wherein the length of the hot melt adhesive column is longer than the length of the through hole, such that one end of the hot melt adhesive column protrudes from one side of the back plate; and performing a shaping process on the protruding end of the hot melt adhesive column from the back plate, such that the protruding end of the hot melt adhesive column from the back plate is shaped into a head, and the radial length of the head is larger than the diameter of the through hole, so that it abuts against the side of the back plate away from the cavity reflector, wherein the shaping process comprises at least the following steps: A fixture is provided having a heating shroud; and the heating shroud is placed over the end of the hot melt adhesive column protruding from the back plate and heated to shape the end of the hot melt adhesive column protruding from the back plate into the head.
