Abstract
A system, to provide real-time automated mobile robot maintenance, includes: mobile robots; a database storing different machine learning large language models (LLM) generated runbook sets of instructions each comprising a sequence of one or more instructions and corresponding human understandable guidance corresponding to a potential maintenance process to be performed on one of the mobile robots. A maintenance management control circuit: receives a real-time maintenance inquiry and initiates a first machine learning LLM relative to the runbook sets of instructions to: evaluate the runbook sets of instructions and identify a first runbook set of instructions addressing the maintenance inquiry; identify a first instruction within a sequence of the first runbook set of instructions to be initiated; generate a first action command consistent with the first instruction; and control an implementation of the first action command in implementing physical maintenance of the first mobile robot to address the maintenance inquiry.
