Abstract

[Problem] To enable the detection of the x-coordinate of an electromagnetic pen with a wider range than the x-direction length of the first electrode of an EMR-capacitor combined sensor. [Solution] The sensor (31) includes: a plurality of linear electrodes (EMs) extending in the x-direction and arranged side by side in the y-direction; a plurality of loop coils (LCx) extending in the y-direction and arranged side by side in the x-direction; and a plurality of pull-out wires (PLy) connected to the x-direction end of one of the plurality of linear electrodes (EMs). The outermost loop coil (LCxS) of the plurality of loop coils (LCx) located at the x-direction end is positioned at a location that overlaps with the plurality of pull-out wires (PLy) when viewed as a plane.
