Abstract

A performance evaluation system for manufacturing and management departments. It includes an interconnected dimension establishment module, indicator establishment module, indicator screening module, weight establishment module, and performance evaluation module. The dimension establishment module separately establishes manufacturing dimension items and management dimension items; the indicator establishment module creates corresponding preliminary indicator items; the indicator screening module filters the preliminary indicator items based on suitability standard data to establish the final indicator items; the weight establishment module calculates and establishes corresponding weight data through a weighting calculation method; and the performance evaluation module allows users to input corresponding indicator scores and calculates manufacturing performance and management performance based on the aforementioned data.
