Risk monitoring device

Abstract

A risk monitoring device includes a server. The server includes an enterprise account allocation module, an enterprise association search module, a negative information processing module, and a risk indicator scoring module. The enterprise account allocation module searches for enterprise names to analyze and compare them to allocate them with uniform numbers, and generates an enterprise name change list. The enterprise association search module searches for shareholding information of directors, supervisors, and legal entities to calculate their shareholding ratio to generate an enterprise association list of multi-level cross-shareholding. The negative information processing module uses negative keywords to search for enterprise negative information based on the enterprise name change list and the enterprise association list. The negative keywords all have weight factors and are combined to generate risk classifications. The risk indicator scoring module uses the weight factors to score risk levels of the enterprise negative information, and uses the risk classifications to classify and mark the enterprise negative information.
