Abstract

Energy management systems and methods applying artificial intelligence for use in a charging field with multiple electric vehicle charging stations and an energy storage device are provided. First, a server obtains the power usage status information of each electric vehicle charging station and the energy storage status information of the energy storage device through a network. The server then obtains the electricity transaction and demand information of the charging field from a transaction server. Next, the server provides an artificial intelligence module, which is trained based on the power usage status information of each electric vehicle charging station and the energy storage status information of the energy storage device. Through the artificial intelligence module, an available electricity for sale in the charging field is estimated based on the power usage status information of each electric vehicle charging station and the energy storage status information of the energy storage device. The artificial intelligence module analyzes one or more expected electricity selling time points based on the available electricity for sale and the electricity transaction and demand information, and trades with the transaction server to bid based on the one or more expected electricity selling time points, obtaining at least one available electricity selling time point. The server then controls the charging and discharging schedule of the energy storage device and / or the electric vehicle charging stations, causing the energy storage device and / or the electric vehicle charging stations to discharge at the available electricity selling time point, and obtaining a feedback reward for the available electricity for sale.
