Voice communication system and voice communication method

Abstract

A voice communication system having a caller voice receiving unit, a voiceprint recognizing unit, a voiceprint training unit, a document input unit, a translation unit, a voice synthesizing unit, a receiver voice receiving unit, a voice recognizing unit, and a recording unit is provided. The caller voice receiving unit, the voiceprint recognizing unit, and the voiceprint training unit are used for training a voice synthesizing model by using a caller voice sample. The document input unit, the translation unit, and the voice synthesizing unit are used to generate synthesized voice by using the voice synthesizing model and the caller document. The receiver voice receiving unit and the voice recognizing unit are used for converting a receiver voice into a receiver document. The recording unit is used for recording the caller document and the receiver document. A voice communication method is also provided.
