Abstract

A hand-push vacuum circuit breaker is equipped with a transmission device, including an L-shaped withdrawal seat and a vacuum circuit breaker main unit. The L-shaped withdrawal seat has a U-shaped groove in the middle equipped with a transmission device, including a lead screw and a lead screw transmission seat screwed onto the lead screw. The lead screw transmission seat is combined with a support frame to support and fix the vacuum circuit breaker main unit. This allows the operator to operate the device through the explosion-proof door of the protective enclosure. When the lead screw is rotated in both directions, the lead screw transmission seat drives the support frame, along with the vacuum circuit breaker main unit, to move backward to the engaged position or forward to the ready position, thus protecting the user's safety. Furthermore, the lead screw transmission has a certain pitch to stabilize the displacement speed, ensure the length and distance of the stroke, stabilize the speed at which the vacuum circuit breaker main unit is rocked in and out, and ensure the safe length and area of ​​contact between the extended contact finger and the copper column of the insulating sleeve during engagement, protecting the operator's life and property.
