Speaker cabinet structure with quick-release mechanism and its front cover assembly and grille

Abstract

This invention relates to a speaker structure with a quick assembly / disassembly mechanism, its front cover assembly, and a grille. The grille has at least one assembly post, which can be divided from front to back into a fixed section, an adapter section, and a locking section. The adapter section and the locking section have different lengths at their connection points, forming a shoulder in the locking section. The grille can be installed onto a front cover, and the front cover has at least one mounting groove. A partial wall of the mounting groove has at least one limiting wall protruding from it, dividing it into a wide groove area and a narrow groove area. When the assembly post extends into the wide groove area until the adapter section aligns with the narrow groove area, the adapter section moves into the narrow groove area when the grille is rotated in the forward direction, and the shoulder abuts against the rear side of the limiting wall. When the grille is rotated in the reverse direction, the adapter section moves into the wide groove area, and the shoulder disengages from the rear side of the limiting wall. Thus, the user can quickly complete assembly or disassembly operations simply by rotating the grille.
