Abstract

An electronic device comprises a mounting bracket, an electronic component and a handle. The mounting bracket is provided with a mounting groove, which is provided with a slot opened along the first direction, and the mounting bracket is also provided with a guide groove and a limit groove, and the guide groove is provided with a first supporting surface and a second supporting surface opposite and spaced along the first direction. The electronic component is provided with a positioning part along the side of the second direction. The handle is rotatably connected to the electronic component, and the handle is provided with a protruding part matched with the guide groove, and the handle has a clamping state. In the clamping state, the protruding part is limited to one side away from the notch of the second supporting surface, and the positioning part is located at one end away from the notch of the limit groove. The electronic device can reduce the risk of damage caused by rapid fall of the electronic device during installation. An electronic equipment containing the electronic device is also provided.
