Abstract

This invention relates to a method for producing Ganoderma coffee beans. The process primarily involves placing coffee beans, Ganoderma spores, and a cultivation substrate into a cultivation container, followed by periodic and measured water injection for cultivation. As a result, Ganoderma mycelium grows on both the cultivation substrate and the coffee beans. The coffee beans with the Ganoderma mycelium are then dried to produce Ganoderma coffee beans. When consumers purchase the product, they can visually observe the Ganoderma mycelium and the condition of the coffee beans, allowing them to directly assess the freshness and quality of the coffee bean and Ganoderma components from their appearance. Claims

1. A method for producing Ganoderma lucidum coffee beans, comprising: providing a culture container, and placing coffee beans, Ganoderma lucidum spores, and a culture substrate in the culture container. The culture substrate comprises acacia wood, flamboyant trees, and grains. 25 grams of coffee beans, 10 grams of Ganoderma lucidum spores, 50 grams of acacia wood, 50 grams of grains, and 25 grams of flamboyant trees are placed in the culture container. 10 to 20 milliliters of water are then injected into the coffee beans, Ganoderma lucidum spores, and culture substrate in the culture container several times every three to four days to grow Ganoderma lucidum mycelia on the culture substrate and the coffee beans.
