Easy-to-clean food smoking device

Abstract

This invention is a food smoking device. The top surface of its main body is connected to a burner, while an air intake pipe and an exhaust pipe are connected to the first and second side surfaces adjacent to the top surface, respectively. The smoke inlet channel within the main body is formed on the top surface to align with the burner, and the smoke outlet channel within the main body extends through the first and second side surfaces to connect the air intake pipe and the exhaust pipe. The air intake pipe is connected to an air source, and the exhaust pipe extends into a food container. The smoke inlet channel intersects and communicates with the smoke outlet channel. When wood burns in the burner, the air source supplies air through the intake pipe to generate airflow, which carries the smoke produced by the burning wood into the smoke outlet channel and directs it into the exhaust pipe, subsequently introducing it into the food container to create a smoking effect. As a result, the smoke generated by the wood does not pass through the air source, ensuring that no smoke residue remains in the air source, thereby maintaining the longevity of the air source.
