Abstract

This invention provides a snack that enhances its appeal. The snack 1 of this invention comprises: a main body 10; a character part 20 formed on the main body 10; and a background part formed around the character part 20 and on the main body 10; a first type of hole 20a is formed in the character part 20, and a protrusion 29 is formed in the first type of hole 20a. When the hole is to be peeled open, the first type of hole 20a is made extremely difficult to peel open. Furthermore, since the protrusion 29 is formed in the first type of hole 20a, when applying localized external force to the hole when it is to be peeled open, pressing the protrusion 29 or similar means restricts the transmission of external force within the hole, thus aiding in peeling the hole open.
