Abstract
This invention relates to a liquid food containing dead beneficial bacteria and vegetable oil. The concentration of dead beneficial bacteria in this liquid food is 0.5 (hundred million bacteria / 100 mL) or higher, and the concentration of vegetable oil is 0.1% by mass or higher.
