Abstract

A method for manufacturing konjac processed food that is easy to process and consume, an apparatus for manufacturing konjac processed food, and a film packaging bag containing the contents are provided. The method for manufacturing konjac processed food includes: a strip-shaped konjac forming step S1, which forms strip-shaped konjac 2 composed of a plurality of strips; a dehydration step S2, which dehydrates the strip-shaped konjac 2; a paste application step, which applies konjac paste 3 to the strip-shaped konjac 2; a cutting step, which cuts the strip-shaped konjac 2 to form white konjac 4; and a filling and packaging step, which fills the white konjac 4 into a film packaging bag 7.
