Food mushroom culturing method and material thereof using cocoa pod shells

Abstract

A food mushroom culturing method includes: crushing at least one cocoa pod shell to obtain a plurality of crushed shell fragments; sterilizing the plurality of crushed shell fragments to obtain a plurality of sterilized shell fragments; mixing the plurality of sterilized shell fragments with a formula material to obtain a plurality of blended shell fragments; and processing the plurality of blended shell fragments with at least one hyphae to culture at least one food mushroom.
