Fruit shelling device

Abstract

A fruit shelling device primarily comprises a base structure, a conveying mechanism, and a pressing mechanism. The base structure includes a bottom base and a top base. The conveying mechanism is mounted on the bottom base to drive a conveyor belt for transporting fruit grains, and a lower support body is positioned beneath the conveyor belt. The pressing mechanism is fixed on the top base and consists of a holding device and a movable device. The movable device can slide relative to the bottom end of the holding device and is subjected to elastic pushing force by an elastic component. The bottom side of the movable device is equipped with an upper support body, forming a processing channel between the upper support body and the lower support body. The bottom surface of the upper support body is fitted with a blade. The processing channel allows fruit grains to pass through and be elastically pressed, enabling the blade to cut the fruit shells. The lower support body, under elastic force, crushes the cut fruit shells.
