[0002] Electric beds, with their electrically adjustable bed angle, are becoming increasingly popular. To enhance the user experience, some are equipped with vibration devices, such as motors or subwoofers. However, since these devices continuously vibrate, ensuring the user feels the vibration without causing discomfort has become a major research and development challenge in the industry. If the connection between the vibration device and the bed is too rigid, it can cause discomfort; if the connection is too flexible, it can reduce the vibration force and easily damage the bed. As shown in Figures 1 to 4, a vibration device 1 for an electric bed provided by a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a bed frame 10, five bed boards 14 arranged on the top side of the bed frame 10, three cushioning pads 18 arranged above the five bed boards 14, a base 20, at least three support members 30 and a vibrator 40.

Claims
1. A vibration device for an electric bed, comprising: a bed plate having a hollow portion; a base comprising a body disposed on the bed plate, a through-slot disposed in the body and communicating with the hollow portion, and at least three cantilevers extending from the body into the through-slot, wherein each cantilever has a first end connected to the body and a second end located in the through-slot, the second end of the cantilever being positioned higher than the first end; at least three support members, each support member having a base disposed on the body of the base or the first end of one of the cantilevers, and an extension extending from the base and abutting against the second end of another cantilever; and a vibrator located in the hollow portion and connected to the second ends of the cantilevers.
2. The vibration device of the electric bed as described in claim 1, wherein the base system is arranged on the bottom side of the bed board.
3. The vibration device of the electric bed as described in claim 1, wherein the cantilever arms extend along the inner wall of the through groove.
4. The vibration device of the electric bed as described in claim 1, wherein the base further has an inner ring connected to the second ends of the cantilevers and sleeved on the vibrator.
5. The vibration device of the electric bed as described in claim 1, wherein the second ends of the cantilevers each have a limiting portion located on the outer periphery of the vibrator.
6. The vibration device of the electric bed as described in claim 1, wherein the vibrator is protruding from or flush with the top surface of the bed board.
7. The vibration device of the electric bed as described in claim 1, wherein the body of the base has at least three protrusions extending into the through slot, and the protrusions are located between the cantilevers for the base of the support members to be set.
8. The vibration device of the electric bed as described in claim 7, wherein the support members further have an abutment top extending from the base and abutting against the first ends of the cantilevers.
9. The vibration device of the electric bed as described in claim 1 or 7, wherein the support member is a torsion spring.
