Dental filling paste

Abstract

A dental filling paste comprises a main agent, which is a powder of tricalcium silicate or dicalcium silicate, wherein tricalcium silicate and dicalcium silicate can be added simultaneously and mixed in any proportion; an adjunct agent, which is tricalcium aluminate, tricalcium oxide, silicate oxide, tetracalcium aluminoferrite, bentonite or kaolin, wherein tricalcium aluminate, tricalcium oxide, silicate oxide, bentonite and kaolin can be added simultaneously and mixed in any proportion; a developer; a hydrophilic dispersant; and a thickener, wherein the weight percentage of the main agent is 1-70 wt% of the total, the weight percentage of the adjunct agent is 1-70 wt% of the total, the weight percentage of the developer is 1-70 wt% of the total, the weight percentage of the hydrophilic dispersant is 1-70 wt% of the total, and the weight percentage of the thickener is 1-50 wt% of the total. This invention is water-free. The performance of this invention meets the ISO 6876 testing standard, is alkaline, and has good compressive strength and low biotoxicity, thus meeting the standards for clinical use.
