Abstract
This invention provides an oil-based cosmetic material with excellent smudge-proof properties, firmness (elasticity), abrasion resistance (makeup staying power), and long-lasting moisturizing effect. This invention is an oil-based cosmetic material containing the following components (A) to (D): (A) a non-volatile oil that is liquid at 25°C, (B) an oil that is semi-solid at 25°C, (C) an oil-based gelling agent, and (D) a polyorganosiloxane with a specific block structure.
