Abstract

A skin cosmetic contains the following ingredients (A) to (D): (A) Nicotinamide 1% to 10% by mass; (B) Vitamin C derivative 0.01% to 5% by mass; (C) One or more of the following groups consisting of monoethers of alcohols with 6 to 10 carbon atoms and glycerol, and monoesters of fatty acids with 6 to 10 carbon atoms and glycerol: 0.01% to 0.5% by mass; (D) Diols with 3 to 6 carbon atoms: 2% to 30% by mass.
