Abstract
This invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing (A) a polysiloxane film-forming agent and (B) a high molecular weight organic polysiloxane with a degree of polymerization of 2,600 to 4,500. The mass ratio of component (A) to the total mass of components (A) and (B) [(A) / ((A)+(B))] is 50% to 98%, and the water content is 10% by mass or less.
