The invention describes the production and characterization of the lipid nanoparticles and in vivo experiments demonstrating that the corresponding formulations with LipexSil lipids as described in WO2024 / 023174 are superior to the current approach, delivering their cargo (e.g. RNA, DNA, mRNA, microRNA, siRNA, ceDNA, pDNA, circular DNA, small biologically active molecules) preferentially to the spleen.
