The present invention relates to a composition comprising a selective organ targeting lipid added to a lipid nanoparticle (LNP) capable of accurately delivering a therapeutic molecule to a specific tissue, particularly the spleen or immune cells, and may be usefully used in the field of technology related to nucleic acid therapeutics due to its excellent delivery efficiency and in vivo stability.
