Abstract
This invention relates to talazoparib, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in combination with enzalutamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer and methods of increasing overall survival thereof.
