Atropine drug composition

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of pharmaceutical formulations, specifically relating to an atropine pharmaceutical composition containing a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of atropine, a sulfonic acid-based cation exchange resin, and a suspending agent, wherein the suspending agent is selected from one or more of carbomer, povidone, and hydroxyethyl cellulose. The atropine pharmaceutical composition formulation of this invention can significantly reduce the content of free atropine in the drug solution, thus controlling the content of related substances within a low range, resulting in better drug stability at room temperature and superior drug release.
