Pharmaceutical compositions containing pyrimidine derivatives and their applications

Abstract

This disclosure relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing a pyrimidine derivative and its application. The pharmaceutical composition contains compound 1 as the active ingredient, and further includes a basic reagent and a solubilizer, wherein the molar ratio of the active ingredient to the total amount of the basic reagent and solubilizer is 1:0.80~3.50. The pharmaceutical composition disclosed herein can effectively improve the solubility of compound 1, ensure the stable release of compound 1 in vivo and in vitro, significantly improve the bioavailability of the pharmaceutical formulation, and provide a feasible solution for the clinical use of compound 1.
