Abstract

This disclosure provides an oral solid pharmaceutical composition containing the active ingredient onradivir, an alkaline reagent, a solubilizer, and a filler. The oral solid pharmaceutical composition disclosed herein effectively improves the solubility of onradivir, enhances its bioavailability in the human body, and solves formulation problems such as the inability to effectively disintegrate it using conventional formulations and processes, thus facilitating the clinical application of onradivir.
