Abstract

The present disclosure provides methods and compositions for treating a disease or condition involving inflammation in the skin, e.g., atopic dermatitis, eczema other than atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, vitiligo, alopecia areata, scleroderma (including systemic sclerosis), dermatomyositis, epidermolysis bullosa, mastocytosis, keloids, acne, rosacea, or bullous pemphigoid, with a therapeutic dose of an anti-TNF-like ligand 1A (TL1A) antibody.
