Drug combinations of anti-HER2 antibody-drug conjugates and immune checkpoint inhibitors and their uses

Abstract

This application belongs to the field of biomedicine and relates to a pharmaceutical combination of an anti-HER2 antibody-drug conjugate and an immune checkpoint inhibitor. It also relates to the use of the anti-HER2 antibody-drug conjugate and the immune checkpoint inhibitor in the preparation of a medicament for treating tumors in a subject. Furthermore, it relates to a method for treating a tumor in a subject, the method comprising administering the anti-HER2 antibody-drug conjugate and the immune checkpoint inhibitor to the subject. The method provides benefit to the tumor subject and has good safety.
