Abstract

The handheld exercise device of the present invention includes an elastic band and two grips. The two grips are used for winding and connecting the elastic band and are located at two ends of the elastic band. Each of the two grips includes a handheld body and a connecting body. The connecting body is connected to the handheld body and is used to fix the elastic band. The connecting body includes a base, a neck, a positioning seat, and a clamping arm. The base is connected to the handheld body. The neck connects the base and the positioning seat for winding the elastic band, and the clamping arm is disposed on the positioning seat and is used to clamp and fix the elastic band through the positioning seat.
