Abstract

The handheld motion device of the present invention includes an elastic band, a first grip, and a second grip. The first and second grips are respectively wound and fixed by the elastic band and are located at opposite ends of the elastic band. The first grip includes a handheld body, a connecting body, a force sensor, and an electronic device. The connecting body is connected to the handheld body and is used to fix the elastic band. The force sensor is connected to the handheld body. When the elastic band is stretched, the force sensor is triggered to generate a corresponding tension signal. The electronic device is disposed on the handheld body and has a tension target corresponding to a certain weight, to count once when the tension signal matches the tension target.
