Abstract
A device is provided for reliably and easily separating a glass substrate from other materials during the reuse of a used solar cell module. The device for reusing a solar cell module by separating the glass substrate from other materials is characterized by comprising: an upstream conveying section 30 for conveying a solar cell module 10; a roller brush 20 that rotates relative to the conveyed solar cell module, abutting against other materials and peeling them off; a solar cell module support section 40 that supports the area where the roller brush abuts against the solar cell module from the glass substrate side; a lifting mechanism capable of adjusting the gap between the roller brush and the backplate; a downstream conveying section 80 for conveying the glass substrate after the other materials have been peeled off; a central processing control device that controls the actions of each component; and a recycling element 60 that recycles the peeled other materials. The roller brush is made of metal wire such as steel or resin wire such as nylon, and its wire diameter is optimized according to the removal rate of other materials.
