Automation index presentation system for rolling line

Abstract

An automation index presentation system that presents an automation index indicative which is an index of operation automation rate of rolling line operations, includes a data processing device that processes actual performance data of manual intervention. The data processing device acquires a predetermined intervention operation reference time for each product category; calculates a deviation coefficient representing a deviation rate of an intervention operation time from the intervention operation reference time for each product category; integrates the deviation coefficient for each product category and each intervention operation pattern; and calculates a first automation index for each product category and each intervention operation pattern by dividing the integrated value of the deviation coefficient for each product category and each intervention operation pattern by the number of interventions. The data processing device acquires a predetermined weighting coefficient for each intervention operation pattern; calculates a second automation index for each product category by integrating the multiplied values of the weighting coefficient and the first automation index for each product category and intervention operation pattern; and displays the first automation index and the second automation index on a display device.
