Spanner and manufacturing method thereof

Abstract

A manufacturing method of spanners is applicable to perform a burr removing task onto an object to be processed that has an embryonic form of the spanner and includes an upper end surface, a lower end surface opposite to the upper end surface, a stamped hole extending from the upper end surface to the lower end surface, and burrs on the boundary between the stamped hole and the upper or lower end surface, and includes: holding the object to be processed by a holding tool; and grinding away the burrs by a flat grinding surface of a grinding element. Therefore, it becomes possible to fast remove burrs without any alignment of elements.
