Open-end ratchet wrench

Abstract

This invention relates to an open-end ratchet wrench. Its jaw seat has an open main hole for pivotally mounting a ratchet with external teeth on its outer circumference. The ratchet has a wrench hole with a channel. The main hole wall has recessed first and second chambers for mounting first and second catches that engage the external teeth under spring action. Feature 1: The jaw seat has first and second holes connecting the first and second chambers for pivotally connecting first and second shafts. The spring is mounted at the bottom of the first and second shafts, and an eccentric portion is provided at the top. The top surface of the jaw seat has a dial that actuates the two eccentric portions, allowing the dial to switch between positions 1 and 2 to adjust the ratchet's reversing force. Feature 2: A detachable knob is mounted on the top edge of the ratchet's outer circumference, and another detachable knob is mounted on the bottom edge. These two knobs prevent the ratchet from disengaging from the main hole and allow the ratchet to rotate freely.
