Method for calibrating equipment, automated equipment, and storage medium

Abstract

The present application provides a method for calibrating equipment, automated equipment, and a storage medium. The method includes: controlling a robotic arm to grasp a calibration block and move the calibration block for multiple times within a preset area based on preset control parameters; recording positions that the robotic arm reaches after each movement and obtaining corresponding area images of the preset area when the robotic arm moves to each position; in response that the area images match preset reference images, obtaining pixel coordinates of the calibration block in the area images, and based on a device coordinate system corresponding to the automated equipment, obtaining position coordinates of the calibration block when the robotic arm moves to each position; based on a mapping relationship between the pixel coordinates and the position coordinates, completing the calibration of the automated equipment and generating an affine matrix. The method for calibrating equipment can improve the accuracy and efficiency of equipment calibration.
