Abstract

The teaching device is a teaching device for teaching robots, comprising: a coordinate system relationship calculation unit that calculates the relationship between the orientation of the vision sensor and the coordinate system based on the setting information of the coordinate system and the information on the position and posture of the vision sensor; and a coordinate system display unit that displays information representing the first coordinate system on a display screen that displays images captured by the vision sensor, based on the relationship calculated by the coordinate system relationship calculation unit for the first coordinate system used for robot operation.
