Abstract

This invention relates to a method for manufacturing bicycle parts, specifically a method for using a specially coated nylon release liner on carbon fiber bicycle parts. Notably, the nylon release liner of this invention contains a fluorinated release agent, which allows it to adhere to the surface of the carbon fiber layer. This results in better demolding and release effects after blow molding, heating, and pressure hardening, and effectively suppresses the generation of bubbles and defects in the carbon fiber parts.
