Abstract

This invention discloses a manually operated vehicle transmission comprising a base member, a movable member, a linkage, an electric actuator, a first deflection member, and a second deflection member. The base member is configured to be attached to the body of a manually operated vehicle. The movable member is configured to be movable relative to the base member along a first direction and a second direction different from the first direction. The linkage is configured to movably connect the movable member to the base member. The electric actuator is configured to operatively move the movable member relative to the base member. The first deflection member is configured to deform if a first external force is applied along the first direction to move the movable member. The second deflection member is configured to deform if a second external force is applied along the second direction to move the movable member.
