Reel rack

Abstract

A reel rack includes a rack base and a plurality of reel storage frames. The rack base is provided with either a slider or a slide rail, and the bottom of each reel storage frame is provided with the other of the slider and the slide rail. The slider is slidably disposed on the slide rail so that the plurality of reel storage frames can independently slide on the rack base. Each reel storage frame has a front stopper and a rear stopper respectively disposed on two sides perpendicular to the extending direction of the slide rail. The front and rear stoppers limit two axial end faces of a reel, and the height of the rear stopper is greater than that of the front stopper. By means of the sliding cooperation between the slider and the slide rail, each reel storage frame can be independently drawn out to facilitate robotic pick-and-place operations. The rear and front stoppers adopt a long-short side design, allowing the reel to rest against the longer rear stopper during loading, effectively absorbing outward deformation of the reel. This enables storage of more reels within limited space, ensures vertical tape feeding, and prevents the tape from being scratched or pulled.
