Transferring device

Abstract

A transferring device includes two transferring assemblies, which can be arranged side by side. Each of the two transferring assemblies includes a docking mechanism, a translation mechanism and a correction mechanism. The docking mechanism is installed at an entrance, and can be used to connect a vehicle transported by a transport device (such as AGV), and can provide a temporary storage function. The docking mechanism includes a first lifting mechanism, which can lift the vehicle. The translation mechanism is arranged between the docking mechanism and the correction mechanism. The translation mechanism can be used to translate the vehicle so that the vehicle can move between the docking mechanism and the correction mechanism. The correction mechanism can be used to lift and lower the vehicle, and can push the vehicle to a determined position (clapper position) so that the vehicle can be picked and placed accurately. As a result, the transferring device can perform plate placing and taking operations at the same time, picking up and placing carriers, plates and other carried objects in an uninterrupted manner, enabling uninterrupted production and better utilization rates, so as to increase production capacity.
