Abstract

They are then sintered, cleaned with NMP ultrasonic waves, wet ground, dehydrated, and dried. Compared with traditional methods, single-layer or multi-layer graphene products do not require a lot of energy to be obtained. This processing process will make the particle size of the graphene to 1um (single micron) ~ 0.01um (nano) and combined with high plastic molecules by melt mixing. This method does not require the addition of functional groups as connecting bonds. This is different from other graphene masterbatches that have functional groups, carbon black, resins, etc. This technology only uses single micron-nanometer particle size to fully melt mix and evenly disperse in high plastic molecules. , ensuring consistent dispersion to achieve the formation of functional graphene masterbatch.
