Abstract
A method for recycling negative electrode materials from waste lithium-ion batteries to produce graphite concrete involves physically decomposing the waste lithium-ion batteries and then obtaining the internal negative electrode materials through washing, dehydration, drying, and sieving. These negative electrode materials are essentially ordinary carbon powder, mostly artificial graphite with a carbon content of over 99%. These materials are then ground to obtain micro-molecules, which are then fully mixed into concrete to produce graphite concrete products. The resulting graphite concrete products will reduce cement usage, increase tensile and flexural strength and hardness, and reduce costs and overall usage. A method for preparing graphite concrete from recycled anode materials of waste lithium series batteries involves the following steps: After physically decomposing the waste lithium series batteries, the internal anode materials are obtained through washing, dehydration, drying, and sieving. These anode materials are generally carbon powder, primarily consisting of artificial graphite with a carbon content exceeding 99%. The materials are then ground into fine particles and thoroughly mixed into the concrete to produce graphite concrete products. The resulting graphite concrete products will have reduced cement usage, increased tensile strength and flexural strength, enhanced hardness, and lower costs and overall usage.
